We ship Australia wide, predominantly with Australia Post (limited regional and metro areas are shipped with other carriers).

Delivery Charges and Shipping Times
Delivery costs will vary depending on your suburb and post code (calculated at check-out). A PC and monitor is counted as two boxes, although this can also include multiple additional accessories (keyboards, webcams etc).
Perth Metro (including Mandurah, Mundaring and surrounds)
Delivery is typically 1-2 business days after pickup. Occasionally deliveries are delayed beyond our control and may take another day or two. If a delivery is urgent please contact us to arrange an alternate delivery method.
Standard Perth metro delivery ranges from $10 for small items up to $20 for a large box or PC (depending on size).
Outer metro delivery ranges from $15 for small items and up to $25 for a large box or PC.
Standard Delivery is typically 3-7 days and 2-4 days for Express Delivery. Deliveries are occasionally delayed beyond our control and may take another day or two. If a delivery is urgent please contact us to arrange an alternate delivery method.
Standard delivery ranges from $20 for small items and typically $45 for a large box or PC (depending on size).
Capital Cities / Major Centres (National)
Standard Delivery is typically 5-10 days and 3-5 days for Express Delivery. Delivery times vary depending on location but are typically within these ranges.
Standard delivery pricing ranges from $15 for small items, and typically $35-$40 for a PC.
All Other (National)
This category includes all addresses in Australia not covered by the above categories. Delivery times will vary from 3-5 days for Express Delivery and up to 10-14 days for regional/remote areas. Some remote areas may incur additional delays.
Standard delivery pricing ranges from $25 for small items and typically $50-$65 for a PC.

We reserve the right to reject shipments to Post Office boxes or Parcel Lockers where we perceive there to be an increased risk of fraud on an order or where the cost of regional postage with Australia Post is excessive compared to third party alternatives. All parcels will be marked as “NO ATL” or “NO AUTHORITY TO LEAVE” or “SIGNATURE REQUIRED” and may be forwarded to a local agency if the delivery address is unattended. Some carriers may default to leaving parcels because they believe it is safe to do so (even if marked otherwise), regardless of how we flag a dellivery.
NOTE: If a parcel is left at your premises when unattended (regardless of any authority to leave) where proof of delivery is provided by the carrier then no responsibility is taken for theft from your premises as the item is considered delivered. If you do not accept these terms please arrange delivery to an alternate address which is attended during business hours, or for delivery to an Australia Post Parcel Locker.
All our deliveries are fully covered by insurance for loss or damage during transit. If you receive damaged goods or are missing items you must contact us within 7 days of the delivery to lodge a claim. Insurance does not cover theft from unattended premises if proof of delivery is provided by the delivery provider.
