We aim to complete all orders (including custom PC builds) within 24 hours of the order being placed. Orders placed early in the day are occasionally available for collection that afternoon, with the majority of orders available for collection the next day. During peak periods or for limited high-end systems our turnarounds may extend up to 48 hours. We manage 98% of all orders within 24 hours and >99% within 48 hours. Subject to availability we offer a 4-6 hour build turnaround option for a $50 fee.
Timeframes for orders that include “special order” items may vary depending on part availability. Typically “special order” items are either on order (in transit) or in stock at our local suppliers. Where we are able to source special order items from local suppliers then our standard order processing times will apply, however if we need to order in parts from interstate then delivery times may be extended. If we are unable to access local stock for a special order item we will contact you to either offer a suitable alternative, or advise the likely timeframe for order completion. If you have requested delivery with your order, the courier is booked for next-day pick-up after completion of the build. This means most orders are collected by the courier within 48-72 hours of the order being placed. Delivery time frames vary by location.
